COVID-19: Saudis administer more than 34m vaccine doses – Gulf News

Health ministry says 334,000 doses administered in last 24 hours
Abu Dhabi: Saudi Arabia has administered more than 34 million COVID-19 vaccine doses, including 21.3 million first doses and 13 million second doses, according to the Health Ministry.
The ministry added more than 1.6 million senior citizens have been inoculated.
It said more than 334,000 vaccine doses were administered in the past 24 hours, through more than 587 vaccination centres across the country.
The ministry had launched the first phase of receiving the vaccine on December 17 last year, while the second phase was launched on February 18, which witnessed the expansion of the vaccination process in all regions.
