Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Meet and greet the visitors and handle their inquiries.
• Open, prepare and distribute incoming correspondences.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service.
• Provide clients with the necessary support needed.
• Keep account information in relevant files and databases.
• Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
• Following tasks are given by the manager to meet deadlines.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Very Good at using Microsoft Excel.
• Very Good command of English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer Service experience is a big plus.
