Job Duties and Responsibilities :
1- Collecting Samples from procurement or production and send it to client either with courier or personally
2- Assist in creating the project plan with account manager according to customer’s timelines.
4- Updating the client with project status every step on the way
5- Follow up the production progress and assuring the respect of timelines
6- Getting approval from Account Manager on deliverable (Designs, Presentations, Samples etc)
7- Attending Event installation all over
8- Creating Client and production presentations.
9- Participate in quotation creation.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Excellent command of English
• Graduated from Marketing or Media Management Department
• Good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power point
• Willing to learn and Grow
• Can work on flexible schedule.
