Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Planning experiential marketing campaign and activation
• Must be able to provide a proposal and operation plan with a strategic mind
• Strategic and know-how of brand experiential roadmaps
• Produce concepts/plans with tight deadlines and able to suggest a quick turnaround.
• Lead client communication (proposal, costing and report) and project timeline
• Project budget planning and monitoring
• Must be able to thrive in a unique, high-pressure environment, and juggle many jobs and responsibilities at one time.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Happy, positive, cheerful, fun to work with a team
• Must be motivated with an Everything is possible attitude
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects
• Mind-blowing presentation and idea sales skills
• Tech Savvy
• Arabic speaking is a plus (not mandatory)
Work Environment
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
• Work with Multinational teams and various cultures.
