Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Billings to customers & accounts receivable functions, accounts payable and payments, payroll processing & expense reimbursement, intercompany transactions, cash flow management/ forecast, CAPEX tracking & fixed assets accounting.
Accounting & Tax Responsibilities
- Full Scope of reporting responsibility including month end management accounts, statutory reporting and compliance, which involves direct labour costing (based on timesheets), project accounting & gross margin analysis.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Recognized qualification or degree in accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and handling full sets of accounts
- Good knowledge of UAE laws and labour regulations for local payroll
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Navision or any ERP system will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous and possesses good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
