Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Assist with completion of necessary statistical reports as requested.
• Compile statistical information for the departments as requested.
• Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and consumers.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
• Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs
• Experience creating and maintaining an Access database system.
• Previous HSE documentation experience is an advantage. HSE experience or any certification will be prioritized.
