Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for maintaining registrations details
• Take the booking, dealing with inquiries & complaints.
• Communicating training information to trainees
• Support the teaching of the course by preparing documents, materials, presentations and rooms
• Order new materials and resources as appropriate
• Ensure the courses run smoothly
• Make sure the right trainees receive the right training at the right time & location
• Ensuring attendance data is recorded, monitored and analyzed
• Email trainees to give class details and other information
• Issuing certificates & upload results to system if required
• Provide general administration duties, including data entry, social media updating, catering and room bookings, filing and photocopying
• Ensure invoices are paid
• Liaise with relevant departments
• Managing schedules and keep records of trainees lists and results

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
