Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage and follow-up schedules and deadlines for operations
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
• Schedule Meetings, Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• File documents in physical and digital records.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Very Good English
• Strong, Positive Personality
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
