Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementing master visual, and campaign concepts.
• Follow up and work with a team of designers, and guiding them through the implementation of their work.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion
• Set the deadlines for projects, and ensure all creative work is delivered on time
• Coordinate with the Account Manager in ensuring client briefs are met
• Editing the final results for presentation to the client.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 5-7 years of experience working with advertising agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe design suite
• An impressive portfolio and a flair for strong, concept-based design
• Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas
• A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts
• Excellent Written and Spoken English
• Project Management
• Developing Creative Standards.
