Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Process reimbursement forms
• Prepare bank deposits
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• Review and file payroll documents
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Must possess strong basic accounting principles knowledge, problem-solving skills, reconciliation skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Can work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
• Must be well organized and a self-starter.
• Mystrata Experience Is A MUST.
• UAE experience required.
