Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Work with the Director, RMCC and Training Manager as required to ensure all team members are provided with robust training for their respective role
• Proactively provide team member development to ensure effective succession planning
Specific Accountabilities:
Information Analysis and Monitoring
• Provides critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.

• Reviews end of month room statistics reports and provides critical analysis on performance vs. forecasts and results of implemented strategies
• Reviews and analyses weekly booking pace reports and identifies risk/opportunities and recommends strategy changes as appropriate
• Analyses past and present trends and makes recommendations for future strategies
• Ensures accuracy of all information being produced / reported effectively
• Ensures challenges/opportunities have been identified and SMART actions are in place to achieve optimal results
• Presents clear and logical arguments and decision based on factual data.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Practical working experience within revenue management and experience of Managing a commercial team
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Management Skills i.e. Leadership, organisation, communication, control
• Good People Management Skills proven in previous Management position
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Trainer/Coaching Skills
• Sound functional knowledge of the day to day Management & operation of a Revenue Management Department
• Sound knowledge of job related information technology
• Commercial attitude and proactive sales approach.

• Warm personality & team spirit
• Clear voice & well spoken
