Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Maintain database of CAD drawings and their revisions in relation to Company’s Projects and contracts.
2. Monitor and ensure compliance to Company’s CAD Standards, including managing and reviewing incoming CAD Drawings/ designs from consultants and contractors against Company’s and other relevant authorities’ standards.
3. Preparation of engineering design drawings for other business units as per their request including roads, utilities and all infrastructures.
4. Review Consultants/ Investors submissions and check for any utility clash with the access roads or external infrastructure.
5. Provide all infrastructure related As-built data compatible with GIS format as per authority’s standards specification.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Diploma in Engineering is a Must; bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of years’ experience.
3. Minimum 5 years minimum experience in UAE. Proven Experience in the field of CAD is required.
