Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Works with internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of IS&T and the service catalog, and assigned departments/business areas to identify and communicate how IS&T solutions can support the achievement of short- and long-term business goals.
• Participates in short- and long-term strategic planning sessions with clients to improve business processes.
• Ensures the business need is addressed by the technical solution from a conceptual standpoint.
• Minimize business value lost during project/program execution
• Builds a trusted relationship with multiple roles in the business unit and Establishes /maintains a strategic relationship with appropriate level key stakeholders and IS&T
• Ensure that, Solutions are implemented as designed and as per business expectation.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum 4 years of system / business analysis experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Experienced in Agile and Waterfall Project Management.
