Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain and update company PQ directory / database in Box on a regular basis (frequency
depends on the type of information and documents), ensuring that accurate and the latest
versions of information / documents are gathered, uploaded and used in responding to PQ
packages (in a uniform and organized manner as per PQ procedure).
Organize and standardize response (information and documents whether format or contents)
necessary for the PQ package preparation (by following client’s requirements if any; and if none,
then ensure adherence to the PQ procedure).

Salesforce and future updating and PQ reports will be done and generated from the same).
Demonstrate good judgment in providing and receiving sensitive or confidential information
Meet with Senior Business Analyst to review status of Client / Project registrations and
qualifications, to discuss any Client Supplier portal updates encountered during the PQ process,
to resolve any other issues or obstacles faced during completion of PQ process, etc.
Communicate PQ package review needs to the Senior Business Analyst prior to submission to
client.
Interface with external customers whenever necessary and required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Degrees in relevant fields such as Engineering, Construction Management, Business
Administration, Marketing, and Communications are a plus.
Experience in Proposals / Estimating is preferable
Experience in the following sectors is preferable but not required: Energy and Construction
industry experience.
Excellent writing skills
Strong verbal communication skills

Good customer service skills, comfortable and capable of communicating with any stakeholders
Highly organized, focused and with great attention to details, and has the ability to multitask
Ability to work autonomously and to prioritize workload and tasks assigned
Ability to work in a team environment and working collaboratively with international colleagues.
Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge and experience in simple Document Control process.
