Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual pace/production goals based on assigned markets.
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all sales proposals created while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Create and execute recruiting plans to develop talent pool for future and existing openings.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating contract recruitment with business operations to meet, and surpass, agreed sales targets.
• Ensure high satisfaction and retention levels with associates and clients.
• Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
• Raise the company and business profile representing Ready Skills at industry events.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality or any equivalent combination of education and experience with 4 years of full-time experience.
• 4to 6 years of experience in sales management and office management required.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Experience in Facility Management Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and manage performance of team, staff and company expectations
• Demonstrated ability to manage cost inputs of operation
• Assume responsibility, respond effectively to challenges, and exercise independent judgment when making decisions.
• High level of accuracy in work and attention to detail; good organizational skills.
• Ease with Technology (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Exchange), office management software.
