Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Issuing petty cash money to crew as per flight destination.
Ensuring proper procedure is followed for handover of petty cash to crew.
Make sure that no fake currency or shortage has been accepted.
Receiving flight sales including petty cash, ensuring all cash has counted properly in front of crew in order to identify whether the submitted amount was correct.
Encoding entering the complete cash record on the accounting system.
Reconcile cash receipt with petty cash hand over and close each flight on daily basis.
Arranging catering papers and submit them to Operation Department on daily basis.
Reporting all discrepancies to Head Cashier.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Should have at least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor degree in commerce.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge on Forex Exchange.
Good communication skills.
