Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization s liabilities and investments.
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting and Taxes functions of the organization.
- Set up and oversee the company s finance IT system.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Ensure compliance with the law and company s policies.
- Enhance the development of technical, interpersonal and leadership skills of the team under his supervision.
- Handles any other related requirements of the position as per the chairman requirements in compliance with job nature.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree: In Accounting or any equivalent to it.
- Experience Background: Industrial
- 12+ years of working experience, 5 of which in similar position
- Cost accounting experience in the industrial field
- Extra certification is an asset MBA, CMA, CPA, etc..
- High leadership skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
