Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer
• Service combined with professionalism
• Initiate ideas by gathering information and have an instinctual curiosity about trends in on-ground
• Activation, customer engagement initiatives and experiential marketing
• Experience doing administrative task such as job briefs, event/activity reports, cost sheets and checklists
• Present the campaign ideas, designs and budget to the client
• Serve as a conduit for internal communications related to creative and production requests and to
• Perform day-to-day tasks that ensure the smooth operations of the agency
• Make pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
• Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts, and social platforms
• Assisting Event Managers with set-up of event assets prior to event
• Assist the Event Managers in managing staffing and elements onsite
• Develop great work within guidelines and budget of the assignment
• Resourceful, innovative, and proactive.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines is prerequisite
• Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University degree in Marketing, advertising or related field
• At least 4 years experience in the related field
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Active, professional and highly organized.
