Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Report to work on scheduled time, wearing the proper uniform and nametag
• To maintain a clean and safe work environment
• To inform guests about all other hotel services and promotions upon request.
• To maintain good working relationships with all fellow colleagues
• Ensure all operating equipment is clean and polished
• Pre set trays and tables
• Attend Guest Services meetings in a timely manner
• Be knowledgeable of all VIP s in house
• Break down Arabic Trolley when done and storing equipment properly
• Restock and refill condiments
• Clean work stations and areas
• Help in Banquets when ever needed for coffee service
• Adjusting days off in accordance to business levels
• Handling guests requests/complaints
• Being present in the lobby while on shift.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Previous experience is an asset.
• Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
• Proficient in the English & Arabic language (verbal & written)
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
