Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs duties according to Standard Operating Procedures of the department
• Handling and reconciliation of cash, Kidzos and float with Line Manager /Central Cash Room before end of shift
• Ensures accurate stock replenishment and display in the store assigned; Proper handling of all Point of Sales at the stores and other locations
• Proactively understands the revisions if any in the Standard Operating Procedures or in the Point of Sales System and applies to the job accurately
• Report any incidents, complaints, failures, shortage of materials, media or legal queries to the Coordinator immediately
• Maintains cleanliness of all shelves, counters, tables, systems, floor within the store premise
• Ensures exceptional quality of experience for all customers by ascertaining their needs in the form of recommending, explaining, describing, demonstrating the use of items or helping to locate the items or informing non-available items and communicating the same to the Line Manager
• Serves customers and deals with member of the public in a polite and courteous manner at all times.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field.
• Experience in operations and/or customer service would be a plus.
• Good English language skills required. Arabic language preferred.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Good computer skills / knowledge of MS Office required.
• Has a charismatic approach towards the job
• Shows continuous interest and enthusiasm in performing the activity
• Patient and kind towards customers
• Suggests improvements
• Aims towards ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with minimum lapses
• Able to operate general retail equipment such as calculator, money counter
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Good English language skills required
• Works equally under pressure.
