Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, mergers, and new markets.
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights to improve performance and maximize growth.
- Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments.
- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.
- Manage daily operations, including contract negotiations and sales plans.
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor s in Electrical Engineering
- 15 years or more experience in sales in a related field
- Possess a strong business competency and good communication skills with a record of excellent acceptance by customers at all levels.
- Good command of English language, both written & spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in managing complex and strategic sales cycles.
- Exposure to electrical and automation markets.
