Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Follow the day-to-day operations set by the CCO to ensure continuity of work and delivery of effective and high quality outputs
• Provide executive level administrative support to the CCO such as:
• Organizing and keeping minutes for various meetings
• Preparation of presentations, reports etc. as required by the CCO
• Calendar management (appointments, meetings, etc.)
• Filing of confidential and non-confidential documents
• Handling of email correspondents
• Take, relay and/or respond to telephone calls/messages in a timely manner
• Liaise with the different units under CCO for the required periodic reports and updates
• Meet and greet CCO s visitors
• Report on regular basis to the CCO on the operational activities, challenges and issues faced.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration assisting a senior executive
Education
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
• Very good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language is a must
• Very good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to acquire and apply new skills
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Respect and maintain a high level confidentiality
• Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work
• Advance level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
• Good knowledge of health insurance concepts
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
