Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Resolve and/or escalate bottlenecks and barriers in content processes to improve productivity of teams.
• Facilitate ongoing team communication within the team and with other content development teams.
• Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with team members, encouraging open communication and building effective relationships to enable clear understanding about progress and barriers to individual achievements.
• Content Development
• Manage deadlines and schedules with zero compromise on quality
• Involve in content licensing process
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Continuously evolve the content based on learner and teacher feedback
• Adapt and enhance processes with reusability and automation of content creation processes in mind.
• Maintain strong knowledge of e-learning practices, utilizing resources to continuously adapt and improve quality of content.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in relevant subject
• Certificates in Educational Software, Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other eLearning Tools an advantage
• Project Management Certification an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of K-12 teaching experience combined with
  digitalelearning experience.
• Problem solving; ability to drive toward project completion, overcoming obstacles, bottlenecks and other risks as required
• Relationship Builder; ability to quickly establish credibility, influence and trust with other team members in order to better drive results.
