Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Identifying potential clients through research in the internet or telephone-based research.
• Contacting potential clients and sending them information about the company and its services.
• Solicit orders from these clients by following up from the initial contact and providing them with more detailed information and samples.
• Manage all communications & correspondences with customers.
• Explore new potential markets & customers.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the business development team.
• Building Relations with the B2B.
• Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers and present reports and prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
• Negotiation and planning for short and long-term subscriptions.
• Analyze customer needs and convert them into business opportunities and solutions
in order to achieve the annual target
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Attack youth communities and build a long relationship with the remarkable connections
• Support the other departments request if they need any deals with the corporates.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Relevant University Degree.
• 1-4 years experience Sales and Training as business development or relevant role.
• Previous experience in dealing with B2B, Governmental institute & NGO’s.
• Successful previous experience as a business development or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to draft proposals in both Arabic & English
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• B2B sales background is a must.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Personable and efficient
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Target Orientated character.
• English fluent, another language would be preferred .
• Microsoft Office Basic Application, Internet.
