Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Defining the cost structure for farm crops
• Ensure that running cost are being allocated properly for each crop
• Monthly allocation of OHD for each crops based on pre-defined formula
• Providing cost related reports to management
• Knowledge of analyzing cost variances
• Coordinate with farm staff to get the information
• Assisting month end closing
• Supporting Finance Manager for annual budgets
• Any other task assigned by superiors
• Make estimation of new and proposed costs of production
• Make analysis of collected information as well as keep records of their findings and results
• Analyze and prepare reports periodically for the differences between actual production costs and standard costs.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication
• Interpersonal skills.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in Commerce Part qualified in recognized accounting body
• At least 5 years experience in related role
• Minimum 2 years experience working within Agricultural farms
• Experience in ERP, JDE is preferred.
