Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Prepare cost system
• Run the month end process for costs and make sure all deadlines are met.
• Provide commentary and analysis of costs against Budget and latest forecast.
• Run the monthly forecast process for costs and make sure all deadlines are met.
• Provide commentary and analysis of costs against Budget and previous month s forecast.
• Ensure that spending is recorded accurately in the books (Invoices are coded to the correct Nominal/Cost Center and Project. This will ensure that variances generated are a true reflection of current financial position).
• Stock control and stock analysis
• Cost control and how can cost saving
• Develop costing process.
• Follow up on the costing system
• Prepare and provide cost analysis per product.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting
• 4 years experience in costing.
• Good command of English Language, written and spoken.
• Mastering various MS Office applications.
• Ability to develop costing solutions.
• High level of communication skills.
• High presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and prepare Costing
