Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Create and maintain an outstanding customer experience that would maximize the happiness of customers on the app.
2. Support customers by chat and phone to answer their inquiries to help them in their businesses and report any area of development.
3. Communicate with other departments to solve customer’s requirements.
4. Increase the retention rate % of existing customers.
5. Achieving an average Customer Happiness rating of 4.5 out of 5.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• 0-1 years of professional experience, SaaS, technology or client management preferred.
• Very good in (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent in English ( Speaking, reading, writing) is MUST.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter approach to work.
• Able to analyze issues and develop a clear action plan
• Able to work individually and build partnerships that foster teamwork.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to discuss basic Internet technologies.
