- Handling all bookings and reservations.
- Issue the weekly ship situation using the reservation system.
- We offer patient assistance over the phone.
- Handling patient inquiries and complaints.
- Offer guidance to the patients.
- Appointments Booking for OPD.
- Make a call back to followed cases.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Flexibility for 9-hour rotational shifts.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communications skills
- Good command of English.
- Computer Skills Microsoft Office Customer Service Customer Care.
- No transportation provided.
