Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Overseeing Customer Services Operations across all aspects such as customer care, complaints, and escalations.
Ensuring that communication and processes between customers and cleaning companies is run smoothly and efficiently mainly on matters to do with booking availabilities, general account management, issue management.
Identifying and building new ways to improve our internal processes and leading the internal change in the area of customer service you will be expected to introduce new processes, quality measures
There is lots of room for innovation, you can also participate in introducing ideas to our cleaning partners on cleaning trainings and intro courses for our partners through Helping.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Fluency in Arabic is essential both oral and written
Experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Customer Service or Relationship Management.
Driver s License important.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written English skills a must.
