Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work closely with other team members to define new process improvement opportunities and
• introduce further development to the psychometric models and assessments.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• B.Sc in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• Technical expertise regarding data models, and data mining techniques
• Strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets
• Strong experience in report writing and presenting findings
• Details orientation and logical thinking ability
• Proficiency in written English and in verbal Arabic & English
• Excellent time management and productivity
• Strong technical curiosity and interest to develop personal technical skills.
