Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Analyzing operations performance.
• Use data modelling practices to analyze your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
• Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate their feedback into the service/function/product provided;
• Consider the opportunities and potential risks and flag it with top management
• Flag with top management any gaps on the performance and Identify root causes for bottlenecks.
• Build smart tools to reduce time consumed from all operations teams.
• Design, document and maintain system processes.
• Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Improvise monitoring tools for the whole operations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree on computer science or any relevant field.
• 1 – 2 Years experience on data mining & reporting.
• Knowledge of Modeling techniques and methods is a must.
• Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: SQL management studio, Qlikview, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent Communication skills & flexibility to work on different environment.
• Detail oriented personality.
