Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights and actionable at scale, solving for the entire company s analytical needs
• Lead the team of analysts and hold responsibility to chart the career path of the team.
• Drive the maintenance and upgradation of an end-to-end Analytics Platforms that connects data systems and business intelligence (BI) systems!
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• 10+ in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science or other Quantitative fields
• Experienced in analytics at a tech / tier one consulting company.
• Extensive experience framing business questions and using new age data analysis techniques (SQL, Tableau, Data Studio) to translate results from analysis into business recommendations.
• Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, while working with tight deadlines
• 5+ years using one of the following programming languages: Python, R, Matlab, Java
• Experienced in machine learning.
• Experience with SQL, statistical software packages and data visualization
• Extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously
• Experience in analytics of social networks and consumer apps, video analytics is preferred.
