Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver retail orders, monitor how products are displayed and monitor retail inventory level.
- Promote products and services to customers and find what they want.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on communications in a timely and professional manner
- Regularly visit existing accounts, validating our service levels
- Work closely with an operation to ensure products are available in a warehouse
- Cash collection in line with company receivable policy and procedures.
- Handle collection as needed in liaising with Finance and Distribution Teams
- Prepare periodical reports that summarize the sales activities and performance achieved.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Experience working as a Sales Representative in FMCG/Retail business.
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop relations and business network
- Commercial sense and acumen
- Persuasive and good negotiation capabilities.
