Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Handling daily/ongoing internal & external communication between the client and internal team.
• Briefing and Preparing & Sending meeting minutes.
• Problem solving for operational challenges.
• Being updated with the client market trends & monitoring the brand existence and performance vs. competition.
• Ensuring the client scope is applied.
• Owning everything related to your client; process, communication & output.
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Preparing & presenting performance reports.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
From 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing.
• Excellent English & Arabic language level spoken and written.
• Very strong communication skills.
