Job Duties and Responsibilities :
– Increase the downloads and usage of the Careem Ride hailing and/or other vertical apps (Food, Payment, Bus etc )
– Optimization of PPC ads, Paid Social, Mobile and Display
– Run and measure CPFR, CPI & CPA campaigns through Affiliates, external suppliers
– Ensure all digital projects are in line with performance goals
– Build relationships with mobile network suppliers and negotiate prices
– Drive marketing technology changes and enhancements to support performance goals
– Review and drive changes in all areas that impact performance
– Keep a constant workflow and reporting with the local teams.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
– Marketing, Engineering, Science and/ or social degree
– 3-6 years of experience only in Digital Marketing with focus on mobile app/e-com/gaming industry
– Must have experience of managing the budgets in excess on multi-million USD budget
– Data analysis: Comfortable with working with large amount of data and discovering insights from user s data
– You enjoy working in a startup environment featured with high level of uncertainty.

– Customer-centricity: make decision based on user insights
– Highly analytical in terms of A/B testing, iteration and learning from post & pre-analysis of campaigns
– High understanding of marketing technology
– Extensive knowledge on following Mobile and App marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting.
