Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Design and create weekly newsletters to our growing list of 40,000 subscribers.
• Manage newsletter calendar, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Design creative digital marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
• Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase existing customer loyalty.
• Manage social media outlets.
• Continuously monitor website traffic and search-engine ranking, and optimize content as needed.
• Actively participate in online conversations and comments.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Fluent in written and spoken English – knows how to address a western audience
• Previous experience with managing newsletters
• Extremely creative
• Good design skills
• Good IT knowledge
• Worked in tech startups
• Online ad management experience
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Shows leadership qualities.
