Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Develop and maximize Revenue for new and existing customers in line with Shell HSSE and Business policy and principles
• Maximize time spent coaching and joint prospecting to develop sales team into a world class sales professionals admired by customers
• Deliver Agreed Sales, Technical and Marketing Action Plans
• Aggressively grow the Lubricants business, delivering against targets and “turning around the business where profitability is insufficient.
• Maximize time spent coaching and conducting joint customer and prospect visits.
• Nurture the team and motivating them to achieve plan.
• Ensure the team operates within agreed strategy and guidelines and uses agreed processes and tools.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Solid experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record in coaching, leading and inspiring teams
• Significant sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable business
• Strong customer focus, preferably with Key Accounts
• Strong business analysis skills
• Channel management experience
• Technical background/degree.
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS tools.
