Collection Officer Job Opening in Dubai. we are looking for Collection Officer for one of our client based company in Dubai. Dubai Collection Officer jobs
Job Duties :
• Attempt to locate and contact clients, primarily over the phone, in order to talk with them about their debts.
• Negotiate payment plans and payment schedules that suit our current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
• Inform clients of further actions that may be taken to collect overdue, if no payment agreement can be reached
• Prepare statements to be given to internal departments as well as clients when they fail to meet their payment agreements or when no payment agreement can be made.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Resolve billing/Invoices issues with Clients
• Update account status records and collection efforts and to report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Comfortable working with targets
• Patience and ability to manage stress
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in negotiation.
