Job Duties :
• Oversee operation of Accounting Department, Finance Department, and other operations.
• To provide a high quality financial management reporting service with a focus on identifying trends, risks and opportunities, communicating these to Senior officials.
• Reconcile accounts payable & receivable transactions.
• Daily reporting of cash flow & fund flow.
• Lesioning with bank officials, organizations internal departments & internal & statutory auditors.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis as required by Senior Officials.

• Develop a credit policy and ensure proper embedding
• Determine credit eligibility of existing and new clients via credit controls
• Act as the primary support person for month, quarter and year-end financial activities
• Reconcile corporate balance sheets and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the executive team
• Collaborate with the payroll group to ensure that all deductions and payroll activities
• Oversee all activities related to tax compliance issues.

• B.Com Graduate.
• Three years experience in accounting.
• Well versed with Tally accounting software.
