Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Plan, manage, monitor and evaluate defined events, including proposing the theme, venue and agenda.
• Organize and execute all related aspects of the event, such as delegate and speaker registration and logistics, customer dinners,
• and any other requirements as determined by the Marketing and Sales Managers
• Produce events logistics documents for delegates and speakers and ensure their timely delivery, well in advance of the event
• Responsible for organization of workshops relating to conferences and training, supported by the Office and Training Coordinator
• Ensure a continuous information flow between internal and external stakeholders at all stages.
• Assess events afterward and together with the Marketing Manager, providing comprehensive analyses
• Support the Marketing Manager to define budget requirements for events.
• Monitor event/conference budgets on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Business Administration or similar discipline
• Experience working in healthcare or life sciences/pharma industry.
• 4 to 6 years experience in coordinator role in customer service/marketing or commercial field Experience in/with life science/medical devices/healthcare industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Language Skills/ Proficiency: English & Arabic
• Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent team collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal, email, report writing, spread sheet and presentation skills.
