Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, and provide information and direct calls to staff members.
• Sort, scan, file, and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and emails within the team.
• Managing incoming and outgoing documents.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Provide translation and interpretation services.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems .etc.
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, conferences and conference telephone calls.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 0:2 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent command of English(language school)
• Proficient user of MS office.
• Internet/ email oriented.
