Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Receiving the purchase order from the sales team
• Booking the suitable shipment line according to the order requirements
• Following up the shipment process
• Making sure to have the needed papers from the sales team
• Help to Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic as well as
• Verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Collecting the payments on behalf of the client or organization and maintaining the bills for the same
• Ensure whether the rules and regulations are met by maintaining the information about licenses and tariffs.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Graduated from a related filed
• Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
• Accurate, attentive and able to concentrate under pressure
• Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
• Effective skill in planning things.
• Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
• Expert problem solving skills
• Knowledge about various foreign languages (preferable).
• knowledge about international trade laws
• Perfect time management skills (Able to have flexible working hours (specially Holidays))
• Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications.
