Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Cash reconciliations
- Payment date accounting
- Monthly reporting and report production
- Daily modeling, financial analysis
- Responsible for conducting and documenting simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects
- Perform research and analysis of financial and loan data
- Collect and provide data for Rating Agencies and other authorities
- Assist in the company’s annual plan and forecast process.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Finance, Accounting, or related Bachelors Degree
- 5+ experience in field
- Knowledge of Residential Mortgage Industry, Accounting, Operational, and Financial Reporting
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Independently manage multiple tasks, projects and ability to prioritize
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel.
