Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinating & directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variance
Consolidation of financial statements of Holding and subsidiary companies and providing the report on Consolidated Financial Statements to the Management on Quarterly and yearly basis.
Analyze, interpret and communicate financial operating results to provide information and guidance to Board of Directors and provide technical support as and when required.
Supervise and train department personnel to ensure development of their full work potential.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.
Financial Projections, cash flow reports and profitability
Drive Continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
8-12 years of experience
Experience in similar industry is preferred (Construction, Engineering, Real Estate Development etc.)
Excellent Team Leader
Foster a professional and ethical work environment.
