Job Duties :
• Overall responsibility for the financial management of the group, including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, invoicing,
• credit control, risk management, internal controls, procurement, and group IT.
• Key strategic advisor to the CEO and management team for evaluating financial plans and business operations,
• in order to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
• Key driver of the management committee.
Requirements :
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent
• Relevant Degree qualification or MBA
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior financial management position
• In depth knowledge and experience in accounting and reporting standards, audit, risk and compliance
• Outstanding technical and business written communication skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Strong business analysis understanding.
