Follow Up Specialist Sharjah jobs. Currently we are looking for Follow Up Specialist for our company in Sharjah. Interested Candidates Can submit their Application.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for informing the customers of the outstanding debts and due dates
• Responsible for persuading the customers to pay their debts
• Following-up with the customers for payment collection
• Maintaining and updating the database regularly.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years, preferably in Telecom Operators or massive hiring Call Center
• Good command of English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good in communication & negotiation skills.
