Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Skilled in quality issues related to food safety, product specification and Hygiene.
• Setting quality assurance polices, manuals, audit measures, quality KPIs.
• Design audit process
• Working closely with management and update all quality issues.
• Set up product recall process and compliance reporting requirement of food safety incidents.
• Manager customer feedback.
• Schedule monthly visits to all brands and make sure all process in place and implemented
• Train the staff on company quality standards.
• Monitoring closely the service during the operation hours in the brands to make sure the quality of service on place and as per the standers.
• Monitoring the food preparation, testing, presentation to keep the work consistency up to level.
• Preparing the reports related to quality to be shared management.
• Working with consultancy or any 3rd parties been assigned by management for franchise manuals.
• Travel overseas and make sure all brands been established abroad are implementing the standers.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor s Degree related to Food Quality
• At least 5 years’ experience
• At least 2 years experience in management level position within food quality management
• Must have experience in food and beverage, catering, restaurants, international hotels
• Open to all Western candidates in UAE now male or female
• Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking)
• Knowledge in Microsoft office.
