Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Prior research and preparation on every training topic
Delivering engaging and challenging training programs
Follow-through with post training workbook completion
Conduct training, games and activities to drive home the learning with comprehensive debrief.
Use impeccable English to communicate and at times substitute the training with Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil as may be required
Build rapport with the participants.
Meet Client as and when required, interact with the client to take general feedback
Understand the best methods to impart training that reaches the participants better
Communicate with design team on daily basis to suggest changes to enhance the effectiveness.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Professional background (prior corporate work experience)
Experience, Energy and Enthusiasm are must haves
Prior experience in Training would be an added advantage
Committed, professional attitude to training, work in general & managing the client
Comfortable using MS Office.
