Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
• Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.
• Prepare daily consolidated deposits of cash received by all cash handling employees.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• B.S in Accounting
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Solid Accounting Systems Knowledge
• Ability to deal with suppliers and different types of clients.
• Service/Online industry background would be highly preferable.
