Jobs career management

Job Duties :
• On site meet and assist services for Guests checking into the company’s managed properties
• Collection of payment and carrying out full check-in and property tour responsibilities for designated arriving guests
• Regular follow-up communication with designated guests in order to ensure optimal experience
• Assistance on all guest inquiries, needs and concerns
• Liaising with different company departments in order to address any service requirements
• Non-intrusive promotion of company’s value-added services to guests
• Pre-check-in property inspection
• Pre-check-out inspection and deposit release.

Qualifications and requirements :
• A minimum of three years’ experience in recognized hotel or hospitality front office services
• Can display strong local knowledge, including knowledge of areas of interest, local events and attractions, as well as be able to promote company s value added services.
• Friendly personality that is socially engaging, but can also deal with high pressure and high guest expectations.
• Self-motivated individual that can devise solutions, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Highly responsive and committed attitude
• Highly developed communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Arabic.
